Introduction

I’m a registered nutritional therapist with a specialist interest in female health and midlife nutrition. Having experienced the transformative effect of nutritional therapy first hand, I know how instrumental nutrition and lifestyle can be in midlife. I’ll work with you to create your own health roadmap – to understand the underlying cause of your symptoms, and to determine which nutrition and lifestyle adjustments can help support you.

Midlife can be a time of change when we may find that food and lifestyle routines we've previously thrived on may not be working as well for us. Understanding what our bodies need to function optimally at this time, particularly when the health and life goal posts may have shifted, can help to get back on track to feeling our best.

What I do

I work with midlife women experiencing a wide range of symptoms and conditions from hormonal imbalances, weight gain and chronic stress to digestive and gut disorders, fatigue and low mood. My 1:1 programmes are a deep dive into nutrition and lifestyle for your unique physiology. Whether you need support for your specific symptoms or quite simply want to feel better but don’t know where to start, I’d love to help. We’ll explore together what healthy means to you and I’ll give you the personalised tools to make sustainable changes to your health.
